The Snippettes
For those who demand quantity over quality, here you go - a selection of songs all less than a minute long! In the interests of maintaining listenability I’ve excluded hundreds of intros / skits / interludes etc, choosing instead to focus on pieces that, while short, still establish their own identity as songs. So here we go, strap yourself in and feel the Gs: thirty-four songs in twenty-five minutes, twenty seconds!

TECHnically, that’s part of the longer song as a whole. My self-imposed rules were that I not chop or edit anything. Sorry!

Josh, thanks for the correction. The reason this happened on my end is that I was given a cassette copy of this long-out-of-print album back in 1998, recorded it into my computer not long after, but had to pick arbitrary start / end points for the songs. I didn’t even know the song titles until fairly recently when I looked it up online. At that point I realized I had chopped up many of these eclectic constantly changing tracks into sub-songs; for instance in the case of “Blue Beretta” I ended one track at “ain’t you Conchetta” and started another with the Billy Squier beat. Upon learning the correct track listing, these then became “Blue Beretta” and “Blue Beretta part 2″, hence my mistake upon arranging my iTunes by song duration. Thanks again for catching this, for visiting here, and most of all for confirming there is at least one other person out there familiar with this great rare album.
